There is no contact form here on purpose. A form needs a server to receive it, and this site is static files with nothing running behind them — which is also why it has no account system and collects nothing about you.

Reporting a wrong figure

This is the message we most want to receive. Please include the ingredient, the number you think is wrong, and a link to the source you are comparing against. We only use King Arthur Baking, USDA FoodData Central, FAO/INFOODS and NIST, so a citation from one of those will settle it quickly. Corrections get noted on the methodology page.

Suggesting an ingredient

Happy to add one, provided a density is published by one of those four sources. If we cannot source it, we will not estimate it — sea salt is currently missing for exactly this reason, and it will stay missing until someone finds a figure we can cite.

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on medication doses, infant formula, or anything where getting a measurement wrong would matter medically. Use a scale and ask a pharmacist or doctor. See the disclaimer.
